How Cartilamine 1500 products are made
Cartilamine 1500 is made from chitin, the key ingredient derived from crustacean shells.
Extraction of glucosamine sulfate from chitin:
- Chitin is extracted from the shells of crustaceans (such as crabs or shrimp) through a chemical process.
- Chitin is then converted into glucosamine sulfate by chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis. This step produces the form of glucosamine used in dietary supplements.
Combination of ingredients:
- Vitamin C is added to create the specific composition of Cartilamine 1500.
Tableting:
- The product is then processed into its final form in the form of tablets.
Quality control and packaging:
- Before being released to the market, the product undergoes quality testing to ensure that it meets purity and safety standards.
- Once approved, it is packaged and labeled with nutritional information and usage recommendations.
